By agreeing to appear on the Zero2Global™ Podcast (“Podcast”), you (“Guest”) agree to the following legally binding terms:

1. Grant of Rights

You grant Zero2Global™, its owners, affiliates, successors, licensees, and assigns an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to:

• Record your appearance in audio, video, and any other format
• Edit, modify, adapt, translate, subtitle, dub, and create derivative works
• Publish, distribute, broadcast, stream, reproduce, display, sell, license, and otherwise exploit the content
• Use excerpts, clips, screenshots, transcripts, quotes, and promotional materials

This includes use across all existing and future media platforms, formats, and technologies.

2. Name, Likeness & Promotional Use

You grant permission to use your name, image, likeness, voice, biography, company name, trademarks (as provided by you), and related materials for promotional, commercial, advertising, educational, archival, and marketing purposes related to the Podcast and Zero2Global™ brand.

3. Editorial Control

Zero2Global™ retains sole and absolute editorial control over:

• Content selection
• Editing decisions
• Titles and descriptions
• Release timing
• Distribution platforms
• Thumbnail imagery and promotional framing

Zero2Global™ is under no obligation to publish or distribute your episode.

4. No Compensation

Participation is voluntary. You acknowledge that no compensation, royalties, ownership interest, or revenue share is owed unless expressly agreed in writing prior to recording.

5. Representations & Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

• You have full authority to participate and grant the rights outlined herein.
• Your participation does not violate any agreement, employment obligation, confidentiality agreement, or court order.
• Your statements do not knowingly infringe any intellectual property rights or contain unlawful material.
• You will not disclose confidential, proprietary, or legally protected information.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zero2Global™, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from:

• Your statements
• Breach of these terms
• Alleged infringement or unlawful disclosure

7. AI, Derivative & Archival Use

You acknowledge and agree that recorded content may be:

• Transcribed, summarized, translated, or reformatted
• Used in AI-generated materials, knowledge bases, educational products, or derivative media
• Archived permanently

This applies whether such technologies exist now or are developed in the future.

8. No Right of Approval

You waive any right to inspect or approve the final content, edits, promotional materials, or derivative works.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zero2Global™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, or financial damages arising from publication or distribution of the content.

10. Release of Claims

You release and discharge Zero2Global™ and its affiliates from any and all claims arising out of or relating to your participation or the use of the content as permitted herein.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable operating jurisdiction of Zero2Global™, without regard to conflict of law principles.
